Summoners Rift is still really good. If they implemented this kind of map system and theme to a larger scale 5v5 map, then I'd agree with you but I think they can do better. And I think you'd agree a large scale version of this with a new monster replacing the dragon and baron.

Agreeing with the Anonymous play, Riot should add the ranked feature to both TT and Dominion solo ranked not team ranked to spread out the player base and get more competitive scenes going on rather then just SR being the only competitive scenes. I want to play this map so bad. With everyone named Anonymous, it just looks like one guy fighting with himself. Hope they are working on the rift as well. It would be cool if they could update the complete art "recent" changes were not bad, but this looks like another level of awesomeness.
